After one month of stem cell treatment in Puhua International Hospital, she was discharged on February 15th 2011.

Medical condition: before Stem Cell Treatment (SCT) for Cerebral Palsy

Before receiving stem cell treatment for her cerebral palsy (CP), little Patient Keyi’s condition was poor. Her neck was so weak that she couldn’t control her head, and her head often tilted to one side. The mobility of her joints was quite limited, and she had difficulty in doing simple activities (like standing or walking).

Stem Cell Treatment (SCT) for Cerebral Palsy

Injections of neural stem cells, self stem cell activation and proliferation therapy, and rehabilitation therapy

Medical condition after Stem Cell Treatment (SCT) for Cerebral Palsy

After one month of stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy, little Patient Keyi’s overall condition improved remarkably.

Her whole body was stronger compared with her condition at she admission. She could manage to hold her head in a fixed position for a much longer period of time. An evident improvement was seen in the mobility of her joints, and she could do simple activities (like standing and walking) much better than before SCT.  With some assistance, she was able to walk about 20m.  The probabilities are high that further improvements will be seen in Keyi Tang.
